If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please call our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Phone: 1 (877) 219-9217 . We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. As we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, if it has been released for processing we cannot guarantee we can cancel the order.

Currently we are only able to accept PayPal. Please note that all orders are subject to review.

To redeem an online voucher, simply enter your promotional code into the space provided on the first page of the checkout then click ‘apply promo code’. Please note that online vouchers cannot be applied to orders after payment has been made.

If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please submit a request here so that we locate your parcel.

We cannot ship an order internationally from our Canadian website. Please be aware that orders placed via third party freight or shipping forwarder to countries outside of Canada are done so at your own risk and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.
